Frustrated Man Leaves Chickens in Tax Office

This is one way to express your displeasure over the amount of tax you owe!

Louis J. Adler, 66, recently went to the state revenue office and released seven chickens into the lobby after dealing with the agency and being “frustrated with the outcome.”

Police were quickly dispatched to the office and called in an animal welfare officer to gather up the chicks and take them to a local animal shelter.

Surprisingly, Adler got away with his little prank with simply a slap on the wrist! He was given a trespass notice requiring him to stay away from the office or he would face a fine, but other than that, he got off scotch free!

Don’t worry. There were no injuries to human or fowl. However, the same can’t be said about the office, which did collect some poop during the madness.
