A man in the D.C. area was arrested and charged with paying people $30 to draw samples of their blood and have them hand it over. Police found that he was storing the blood in “large quantities” in an abandoned apartment. Sounds like a scene straight from a movie! When a fire is blazing at a residence you’re standing outside of, it’s probably best to check for humans before material items. This man, however, was only concerned about saving his beer that was trapped inside the burning house.
